Though there are consultants available in the construction sector who feel responsible towards environment and sustainability but then there is always a reluctance factor from the client to turn towards Green Building. The reason for it may be Neophobia or complex structures of Green Building certifications and processes. There are clients in the market who wants to go green but they are demotivated after learning about the complex and tiring processes of various Green Building Rating Systems. So what should be done in such a situations?
